Sunday stroll

We took advantage of the surprise warm weather this weekend and loaded up Charlie in the stroller for a walk around the grounds of UVA. Of course, we forgot the camera!  But here is a picture Jim took right before we left...

After getting a coffee and some overpriced frozen custard on the corner (student area) we took a leisurely stroll among the gardens and buildings. We stumbled across a world music festival which was featuring the William & Mary Appalachian music group. I, being the ultimate rule-follower, thought we shouldn't go in. But Jim, always adventurous, talked to the usher and got us a front row stroller spot in the balcony...it was great, but Charlie seemed rather ambivalent about the whole thing!

In a final act of parental amusement, we were commenting on how flexible babies are and decided to document this for posterity.  Someday Charlie will wonder how he ever did this!
